Covid 19 Policies
COVID-19 Policies and Procedures:
Kelly Mini Sports are dedicated to keeping parents/caregivers, children and staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. This involves minimising the risk of contracting or spreading the virus. With this in mind, we have developed new policies and procedures based on the information and guidelines provided by the Australian Government.
Coaches will be sanitising all equipment before and after each session, as well as during the session if required; equipment sharing will be kept to a minimum
Coaches are to have hand sanitizer readily available and must distribute it regularly throughout the session
Coaches will be instructing the children to remember their “aeroplane arms”, in order to practice social distancing
Good hygiene is to be practiced at all times, with signage posted to remind all attendees of these practices. These signs have been attached to this email for your reference.
All staff have completed the COVID-19 Infection Control Training course and have downloaded the COVIDSAFE app
A maximum of 10 children will be allowed in each class; Strictly ONE parent or carer per child
Any person exhibiting signs of illness will not be allowed to attend the session; Coaches will be allowed to ask a family to leave if they feel a child / carer is unwell
Coaches will NOT use their hands to assist or encourage the children. Rather, they will instruct parents/caregivers on how to assist their own child
We as a company want to assure that you feel safe and confident to attend our sessions. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us by replying to this email or calling 0411 800 737.
